Dr. Monica Padilla Gonzalez

Dr. Monica Padilla Gonzalez is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy based primarily at our Downtown Riverside clinic, with a specialized focus on pelvic floor physical therapy at our Redlands location. She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life and finds great fulfillment in helping them navigate their health journeys with confidence and care. Monica’s approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences and specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Monica also enjoys working with vestibular patients and post-operative orthopedic conditions, allowing her to offer a diverse range of treatment options to her patients.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys shopping and exploring new restaurants for both food and drinks. One of her most memorable trips was to New York City, where she enjoyed the endless activities and vibrant energy the city has to offer.
