Dr. Xochitl Navarette
(PT, DPT, CLT, MFDc, Doctor of Physical Therapy)
Dr. Xochitl N. Ibarra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with expertise in evaluating patients, identifying musculoskeletal imbalances, and creating individualized care plans. As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, she is skilled in manual lymphatic drainage massage techniques, compression therapy, and therapeutic exercises to help mobilize congested lymph fluid and improve patient outcomes.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and holds certifications as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, as well as Myofascial Decompression certification. Her clinical specialties include orthopedic rehabilitation and lymphedema care.
A former Division I track and field athlete and coach for seven years, Xochitl has a particular interest in working with endurance athletes. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, and spending time by the lake. Her favorite travel destination is the Yucatán Peninsula. She shares her home with two Australian Shepherds, Coco Chanel and Tequisquiapan.
